GTI Group
Unifying and supercharging an international logistics brand.
The Situation
GTI Group, an international leader in specialized transportation and logistics, grew rapidly through private equity acquisitions—integrating GTI USA, Precision Specialized, Nomade Transport, and Jetco Delivery under one umbrella.
This growth created a pivotal moment: the business needed to unify multiple legacy brands, synthesize prior research, and create a scalable identity system that could drive credibility with customers while positioning GTI for future growth and acquisition. Six06 Strategy was engaged to architect the transformation—bringing clarity, cohesion, and momentum to the GTI brand.

3 Strategic Tactics
Tactic 01/03
Unify the brand structure
When rapid growth creates fragmentation, clarity becomes the most powerful lever. Working alongside GTI’s leadership, we explored multiple architecture models and ultimately landed on a Branded House approach. The result: one brand family with a shared identity—cohesive enough to build trust, flexible enough to support future acquisitions, and strong enough to attract the right partners.
Tactic 02/03
Design a future-proof brand identity system
A brand system should do more than look polished—it should work hard for the business. GTI’s new identity was built to signal reliability, safety, and urgency while giving every sub-brand room to fit seamlessly into the whole. From the upward arrow in the monogram to patterns inspired by roads, rails, and ports, every detail was crafted to reflect GTI’s promise of progress and performance.
Tactic 03/03
Build a marketing engine with a customized Hubspot CMS
A transformation isn’t complete until it moves the business forward. By developing a custom HubSpot CMS with a component-based design system, we gave GTI the tools to market smarter and scale faster. Content, campaigns, and customer engagement now flow through one engine—easy to manage, simple to expand, and designed to keep GTI growing long after the rollout.
