How does Six06 price engagements?

We scope each engagement as a fixed-fee consulting project — never hourly billing. This gives you cost certainty and ensures our focus stays on outcomes.

What is your typical investment range?

Most engagements start around $25,000–$50,000 for a focused strategic sprint. Larger brand, marketing, or AI transformation projects scale higher depending on scope. We also offer fractional leadership for select clients on a retainer basis.

Do you only work with large companies?

No. We work with scaling mid-market organizations as well as established enterprises, as long as the engagement is truly pivotal and strategy-driven.

Do you work on retainers or one-off projects only?

We do both. Many clients start with a defined project or sprint and then engage us on an ongoing basis for fractional leadership or advisory support.

What’s included in a strategy sprint?

A sprint is a focused, 4–6 week engagement where we investigate, define, and deliver a strategic roadmap around a specific brand, marketing, or AI challenge.

How long does a typical project take?

Most sprints take 1–2 months, while full transformations range 3–6 months. We tailor timelines to your business context and decision-making pace.

How involved will our team need to be?

We require leadership (however you define that) involvement — strategy only works if decision-makers are engaged. Most projects involve several workshops and working sessions with executives and key stakeholders.

Do you also do design work?

Yes — but only when it directly supports brand, marketing, or AI strategy. Our focus is strategy first. For creative execution, we either lead select deliverables or collaborate with trusted design partners.

Do you manage marketing campaigns?

We don’t run day-to-day campaigns. Instead, we create the frameworks, messaging, and segmentation strategies that make campaigns successful.

Do you provide AI training?

Yes. We run executive workshops and team training that blend literacy, practical skills, and frameworks for adopting AI responsibly and effectively.
