Establish governance for responsible adoption
We worked with leadership to formalize oversight structures, introducing an AI Council, Charter, and Policy. These frameworks gave KHL a foundation for ethical, strategic adoption—ensuring future initiatives had guardrails, accountability, and alignment with business objectives.

Build AI literacy and practical skills
Through hands-on workshops, teams learned advanced prompting, evaluation of AI tools, and practical frameworks for everyday use. This training created a common language across departments and empowered staff to apply AI confidently in editorial, marketing, sales, and IT.

Create a strategic AI roadmap
The Accelerator concluded with a roadmap that prioritized pilot projects across business functions—from smarter content search to automated reporting. The roadmap gave KHL clarity on where to start, how to measure success, and how to scale adoption responsibly over time.
